Photos from tonight’s AWESOME storm! It even scared ME for for a moment, bc when we got home from VBS, Kev was at the front door, I was halfway between the car and door, when all of a sudden this bright light and massive BOOOOMMMMM!!! 😱😱 I thought it hit our pecan tree or mamas house! It was POURING buckets and I was holding an umbrella at the time. It was so close and it scared me(yes even I was scared) so bad my knees literally buckled and I felt instantly weak and I thought “oh Lord please get me in the house”! I was so shook, I had to sit down and was still shaking like a leaf, almost to the point of tears! After I checked on mama and calmed down a bit, what did I do? I went and got my camera and tripod DUH! 😬🤷🏼♀️😂⚡️ but I had to aim it out my bedroom window bc of the massive rains. So they are not as sharp as I would like, and spotty due to raindrops(and who knows what else bc the wind was kicking too)BUT you can’t deny, the lightning was AMAAAAZZZIIINNGGG!!! I “cleaned” them up as best I could, but it’s been too many years since I’ve had a decent lightning shot!!
