Urquhart Castle and Loch Ness. Urquhart Castle sits beside Loch Ness in the Highlands of Scotland. Yes this is the famous deep water lake home to the legendary Loch Ness Monster. The castle is on the A82 road, 21 kilometres south-west of Inverness and 2 kilometres east of the village of Drumnadrochit. Some progress for my metroidvania. I wanted the theme to be "adventurey" and whats adventure without a grappling hook? I don't plan on this being as robust as Umihara Kawase but maybe a step up from the Super Metroid's grappling beam or Megaman 8's thunder claw. Plus it doesnt latch on to anything now. Not really sure which direction to take it.
