One Month.
Started Onyx Owl 4/14/18… and have been building and importing and sourcing and putting in long hours of work…. and trying to get past this lull. Have sold a few items, but things are slow for the most part.

Valentine's Day
Okay so Sunday is Valentine's Day and deep down I know it is a no big deal, kind of meaningless Hallmark holiday that people should just stop buying into and let fade into the dust, but I was raised thinking I could be a Disney Princess so clearly this isn't an option. Now though, I'm 22, have been dating the boyfriend for over 2 years and a few days ago he asks if we can take it easy on Valentine's Day. I mean we never have really done anything over the top on Valentine's Day anyway but this year he'd like to skip gifts and he already forgoes cards for any holiday and just stick with dinner. While the restaurant we have picked for dinner is super nice with amazing food part of me wants something more, a little more romance if you will. A card, for once, flowers, something. Is that cliche and me being a weird and needy girlfriend or is it okay for me to expect a little more romance on this one day of the year. I wonder...
