That was the final question this blog is going to answer before I retire from Mabinogi. I won’t go into the reasons why, stirring up any blame and drama in the community is the last thing I want to do.

I will, however, leave this blog up as a reference for anybody who needs it. And anybody who wishes to be added or removed from the volunteer list may still message me through tumblr’s messaging system. But I will be turning off the askbox and submit box.

I hope I was able to help people during my time here, and I hope all of you will continue to enjoy your fantasy life!

Avoid being hateful? Mabination is a hateful place and I'm trying to warn people about it. You clearly want new players to be attacked and made to feel like shit. I'm sorry I am now against this blog. This was a nice idea but it's really not going to work if you're going to be a hypocrite.

I am not for or against Mabination, as I’ve heard mixed things about it and try not to be biased. but I’m not going to copypaste the guide here and take all the credit from Zyrus when he worked so hard on it.

The only hypocrite I see here is the anon attacking and guilt-tripping me for posting a single link. Consider yourself blocked the next time you harass me, I have anons who actually need this blog’s services to answer.

I honestly wish this blog existed when I was a newbie. Not just for the mod's advice, but for the fact that people come here to share advice of their own. Thanks for making this blog and doing what you do!

Aw, thank you! I do try my best to put my eight years of experience to work here, and I’m ever so grateful for the people who contribute when something’s beyond my knowledge.

I’ve been a bit busy lately with some irl stuff, so I feel bad about having not been able to answer as many questions as I could. But now that I’m mostly back, I’ll try to answer as many as I can without flooding the Mabi tag!

Guys, Gate of Sanctuary came out literally yesterday. I can’t tell you the choices you have to make to get a character to like you.

Just keep calm and wait until it’s been out long enough for someone to make a comprehensive guide.

Sorry about the sudden silence! Advicemod got a little wrapped up in real-life affairs. But I’m back now and I’ll get to answering questions as soon as I can!

not a question, but a suggestion! i think it may be a good idea to have a page or two that just has what frequently used terms mean, like slang terms ig or combat terms new players probably wont kno! that way you dont have to answer what a term means multiple times and people who need them have easy access to them

A page for terms and slang unique to Mabinogi? That’s a good suggestion, especially for new players!

I actually got a very dear friend into Mabinogi, and it’s made me realize just how little our lingo makes sense to new players. But the question is...where would I start? Mabinogi has a lot of unique terms and acronyms!
