Professor? About this Pokemon you got me... Is he supposed to be this... clingy? It won't let me do anything, really; it keeps hovering over my shoulder and nuzzling into my neck all the time, and I could swear I felt him raining down... something...on me! Yesterday I had to put him back into his pokeball just so I could finish a piece. Even Lynn, my Eevee, has fallen victim to his affections in more than one occasion. I mean, it's very lovely and all, but I just wanted to make sure he's normal!

As many of you know, Togepis bond with the first thing they see when they hatch— and in your case, it was one of my scientists. He followed him everywhere, and though their relationship was established enough for him to evolve into a Togetic— his job got in the way of properly caring for him and we thought gifting this Togetic to you would be reasonable, as you only had one other pokemon on your team. We hoped you would give it the attention it needed.
