lil mini ramble but. you know how ppl tell you to get into a normal sleep schedule and maybe youll feel better? theyre fuckint RIGHT

i fucked up real hard and stayed up for a few days in a row.but like. on thw last day i went to bed at 7pm (god. 7pm.) and. ever since. ive been the normalest motherfucker ever. and i swear to god life is just Better

like everything ive eaten in the past week has been fucking Amazing and reliably so. swear to god just getting enough sleep makes everything so much better.............

like.im not cured of my mental illnesses but im feeling a lot better.

anyway. get sleep. savor the day even if you dont go out. nature is beautiful and u are nature
