Why Is Tumblr the perfect platform according to the course; Digital Aesthetics?

Thanks to the success of the Apple Corporation, particularly that of its iconic logo, excellent design has now become the standard amongst businesses of every kind. Whether a small or larger service provider, companies are now realising that people are looking to buy aesthetically beautiful furniture, carry their phones in trendy cases and frequent the coolest looking businesses on the block. Whether you reside on a street or in the online community – to catch the modern social media user. The platform or brand has to be the well designed. Tumblr is in my opinion a creation of that. Tumblr offered me more aesthetic opportunities for expressive and sometimes exploratory or transgressive identity work. Which is ideal according to the course; Digital Aesthetics It is my space. I can design, how it looks exactly to every detail of it. I can make it perfect. And hours perfecting it. I can concentrate on my authentic self online in an aesthetic way, and then bring it in to existence offline. Aside from above, Tumblr is an - (similar to other online platforms) a perfect media to share your post worldwide with the significant tagging element, and with the reblogging" capability, it makes it super easy for others to share YOUR content on their own page. Even though it is shared on another persons page, the content still links back to you somehow. Also, the follow feature allows your visitors to keep track of upcoming posts increasing visitor loyalty. The combination of my own post and other users beautiful creation is perfect for an aesthetic account with mixed content.
