ooooo~ that's definitely a fancy restaurant dish - maybe i'm just not going to the right places, but tartare is definitely not something i'd think of as common here! i've never had it before; is it good?

ohh! it’s interesting! here salmon tartare is super common in bistro, pubs, etc. these types of small informal restaurants; idk if it’s because the city where I live has so many restaurents that it feels like it’s everywhere to me, ahahl. I don’t really like beef in general (though I’ve had beef tartare before and it’s really tasty!) but I love different types of fish tartare a lot!

Tartare seems to me like more of a gourmet/foodie sort of treat because here in the US, we're super squeamish about raw meat.

ohh, yeah, I think a lot of people are here, too, especially beef.

how about fish, though? I know it’s made with smoked salmon sometimes, but raw salmon or tuna?

Aww!  Believe me if being real sedentary could summon  a lizard I would have a much better life because I would be a lizard vacation destination. do you have any tips for waking up in general? it's never been my strong suit

yes!! i have to get up at 5:30-6 on weekdays so i’m always sleepy

i set a really loud bell alarm on my phone at night, and put it across the room from my bed so i have to get up to turn the alarm off in the morning. i keep a big glass of lemon water by my phone to drink first thing which wakes me up/ensures my throat doesn’t shrivel up. by that point i’m awake enough to wash my face and get dressed! to save time in the morning, i’ll pick out my clothes and make my lunch+breakfast (pancakes made ahead of time then reheated w/ peanut butter and jelly). and i find that i get out of bed faster if i have something about that day to be excited about, even if it’s just making myself really good coffee!! ☕️🎒

★ bad habits

lowe ‘my worst habit is my taste in men’ six.  convincing other people they need her more than she needs them when it’s almost always the other way around.  they’re your friends, stop lying, stop manipulating, just be nicer.  and smoking, probably.  and being selfish with her caps.  what does she even need all that money for? who knows

basil has to be one hell of a nail biter. someone asks him how he’s doing and he’s halfway to trying to chew his own thumb off.  avoidant af too

hansen... is being too utilitarian a bad habit? probably, that’s how people die. also going and going until she physically can’t and crashing for 12+ hours.  gotta go fast, gotta be useful, gotta sleep in a defensive position
