11. anime you didn’t expect to like but did

i thought i wouldn’t like hxh at first. bc so many people talked about alluka and nanika, i was really excited to see them but i didn’t realize the best sisters didn’t show up until the last couple episodes. also i thought leopika was canon based on the way people talk about it here so finding out it wasn’t was kinda disappointing. at first i didn’t like it, but now it’s one of my favorites of all time obviously and i’m glad i stuck with it!

12. anime that should get more attention from others

i haven’t watched a lot of Niche anime but hmmm gekkan shojo nozaki-kun is so so good. i know since it’s on netflix a lot more people have seen it but more people should watch it!

25. anime you would recommend to someone who hates anime

fullmetal alchemist brotherhood! i think the story is appealing whether you like anime or not and i love most of the characters. it’s actually what got me into watching more anime.

u have 2 choices if this happens: either u bend to the rules, or u stand up for urself n break free from their control. in this particular case, it could mean a lot of things: could b a teacher who, for some reason, targets you and makes your life hell, or it could even be the authority possessed by ur school itself, as in now u have to follow its rules (study/sacrifice other activities for the sake of studying) and maybe that’s too much of a sacrifice for u. maybe studying/pursuing an academic career isn’t for u. if u find urself unable to follow those rules/make peace w the sacrifices, try asking urself that question.

2) or either u find urself not having any structure/rules to follow at all!

if u don’t like following authority, u may be cheering rn but, for better or worse, we all need some sort of structure in our lives. maybe you DID find urself in the 1st pitfall, n decided “fuck it, i’ll deal w studytime later” which is a treacherous path... ofc if you are 100% confident you can handle dealing w ur work in the last minute, more power 2 you! but if you’re pushing it all for later simply bc you don’t wanna deal w it rn, then you better rethink your decision to do so... when we’re at the beginning of school terms, we always think we have the time for everything. and it’s true! for now. so use that free time that you most definitely will NOT have when exams are near and get work done TODAY! doesn’t matter if you start small, just start.

make a schedule. follow through w ur duties. get stuff done so you don’t get overwhelmed! you will thank urself later
