Reigen and Serizawa rarely got visitors at home. Reigen didn’t have many friends above the age of eighteen, and Serizawa got tense when unfamiliar people came around his space. Besides, most of the people that dropped by to say hi to Reigen and Serizawa were the kids, and they just set up seemingly permanent residence at Spirits and Such. Their apartment only saw Reigen, Serizawa, and the occasional classmate dropping homework and books off for Serizawa. 

So, Reigen was justifiably surprised when he heard scratching at the front door.

Serizawa had gone through a bunch of boxes from his old room and recovered several gems- a Nintendo 64, two controllers (although he only used the one), and several games covered in dust. He brought them over to the office in a cardboard box one morning and, with the help of an adaptor cable, got the console connected to the television. “It’s something for the kids to do when they stop by,” Serizawa had explained to Reigen, neatly organizing the games in the cardboard box. He set the box next to the TV and didn’t bring it up again.
