Okay so here’s a good look of all the designs Aiden has through the story for my version of the nutcracker.

the short version of the story undercut \/

First of all, Aiden didn’t come from the Doll Kingdom. He came from I guess you could call the “Real-world”.

When Aiden was young he lived with his abusive mother and stepfather (yeah I know very “original”. His mother would verbally abuse him while his stepfather would physically abuse him. They did this until he was 6 (so pretty much from the beginning)

one of the things that they’d do to him is sealed him under a trapdoor located in their bedroom, they would just leave him there for either hours or maybe a day or 2.

Aiden was finally given his break when a group of mice soldiers came into his house on Christmas eve and found him “hidden” under the trapdoor left in the dark. They pitied him enough to lead them into bringing him with them but after bringing to the doll world they decided to try and sell him.

Luckily for Aiden, he was rescued by a group of nutcrackers and later taken in by them. One of the nutcrackers grew attached to him to the point of becoming his Adoptive mother. He grew with the nutcrackers to eventually join them by disguising himself as a nutcracker.

On one fateful day, he ended getting cursed by getting severely wounded and having to flee the battlefield. was approached by a sorcerer who mocked Aiden for Hiding as a nutcracker and cursed him for his mockery of a nutcracker. but the sorcerer left before Aiden’s transformation was finished.

Aiden was found then went back to the doll kingdom, the king’s daughter gets cursed and then has it broken (this story kinda takes place at the same time in the original nutcracker) But instead of the king just banning Drosselmeyer he banned all nutcrackers from stepping a single foot into the doll kingdom. While fleeing Aiden ended up getting severely damaged (time repeats itself)

He was found after a few years in his “sleeping” state by a traveling merchant and brought to the Aether where he was repaired and given his later design.

I decided to do a Moa photoshoot because I’ve been collecting all the colors and I can’t really find any screenshots of them online? All of the pics I find are the old Moas from the original Aether, so I wanted to show off the beautiful designs of the Aether ii Moas!

Two new projects coming to a mediocre account near you.

Been doing some boss designs for the Aether II mod. I like this design a lot because it’s like a rock golem but also inherently inorganic looking. It moves by shifting rock underneath it like a conveyor belt and its limbs are free to move position around the “body” which is made up of an ancient altar. Really enjoyed working on this design.
