Aetna is the absolute worst worst worst insurance. I'm a medical biller and the way they pay and process claims makes absolutely no sense. It's almost like the adjusters are a bunch of monkeys who have absolutely no idea how to make things easy for medical providers. Why did I get a payment for $15 dollars with no ERA attached???! I'm losing my mind here trying to figure this out.
