Parts 6 AND 7 of my HangMega/OmegaPage Bullshit! (11/4/2020 & Full Gear 2020)
Man oh man. WOW.. just… Wow. Where the fuck do I even begin?
I went into Full Gear FULLY expecting for Hangman to pick up the win to finally shut up and humble Kenny Omega for a whole but no, he lost. HOWEVER, that man fought like HELL during their match together and it was so so so beautiful🥹
The dynamite before Full Gear really had my heart pulled with the two separate interviews they had for both Kenny and Hangman, with Hangman being in the absolute worse state of nervousness ever, and Kenny just casually bragging about how he’s gonna win this tournament easy peasy (I mean, he did, but still tho…)
And THEN the way that Hangman was the first one to come out and help out the Young Bucks after they got viciously attacked by FTR once again (with the glass of whiskey in his hand which had me CACKLING) and then Kenny casually strolling in to take the credit. But that fist bump he gave to Hangman?? And how Hangman accepted it?? But then quickly told Kenny “don’t you dare turn your back on me??” OOHHHHH MY HEARTTT
Speaking of Oh My Heart, THAT MONTAGE?? HELLO?? Did they specifically choose a breakup song to represent the two of them whenever they were showcasing their time together as both a tag team and whenever they were tag champs?? (Also Hangman.. bring back the hoochie shorts just one time PLEASE)
Their match at Full Gear really did feel like a breakup, or at least.. an exes with benefits match because there was TOOOO many times where the positions they were in made it look like they were fucking I’m not gonna lie, and Kenny pulling Hangman’s hair and nearly kissing him in some spots did NOT help with it at allllll.
Going back to Full Gear, KENNY’S ENTRANCE?? If I was Hangman and I heard the shit they was saying about him in the entrance I would’ve aired that bitch out no cap, making him catch TWO strays during Kenny’s entrance like the fuck??
All in all, I’m still sad about them, and I hope they can get back together soon but A. Hangman needs FUCKA therapy, and less time with a bottle, and B. Kenny needs to stop being so damn conceited sometimes and learn that sometimes it’s OKAY to NOT want to be a damn singles competitor, and to ALSO take responsibility for being the reason they lost the damn titles to FTR in the first place because I’m sooooo sick of just them blaming Hangman for losing the titles when Kenny was the one who hit the V-Trigger on him IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Alright. Now if you’ll excuse and pardon me, I’ve gotta finish watching Full Gear and pray to whatever spirit I believe that that A. The Young Bucks win (so they can calm tf down) B. MJF and Chris go off somewhere and hatefuck each other while Wardlow and Jake sit in the cuck chair. C. See this banger of a match between Darby and Cody, and D. Hopefully have Jon Moxley retain the belt against Eddie Kingston.
