The Moon of Aeyuu has many towns and settlements both on its surface and within its cave systems. Typically the Pokemon who built these towns choose to center them around Lumina Crystals. When the night comes, these centerpieces of the town act as guiding beacons for any Pokemon who may be lost in the darkness.
The moon has water, oxygen, and flora. The flora tends to have one form of bioluminescence or another. Small glowing stones can be found as well. Residents who were raised on the moon, (or have been on the planet long enough to acclimate to it,) may find they also have glowing patterns on their bodies in certain conditions.
