HISTORY
Wesley, like his siblings, had never known a life outside of magic. Their mother and father were witches of the French Quarter and Wes and his siblings grew up abiding by the traditions and expectations set by the coven. The coven was split into different factions, each following their own rules and regulations, but all practiced Ancestral magic, drawing their power from the consecrated ancestors buried in the French quarter of New Orleans. Due to their power coming from the deceased, this meant that Wesley and his family were not permitted to leave, if they did they would be cut off from their connection to the magic and abandoning their legacy. This was something of which Wesley’s elder sister dared to do and as a result, was shunned from their coven for turning her back. Wes and his family weren’t immune to the rules beneath Marcel’s reign. His ban of magic in New Orleans when he was a teenager meant that they could no longer practice and under his strict rule, any witch caught practicing would be killed. Unfortunately, Wesley’s mother was one of the fallen. She had attempted to challenge one of Marcel’s vampires and as a result of Davina’s ability to locate those performing magic, she was subsequently murdered. When their father protested and sought revenge, he too was murdered at the hands of a vampire.
At 18 years of age, Wesley enlisted in the army, attending business school after boot camp while in the reserves his first four years. He spent 15 years moving up in ranks before retiring at 33 as a Sergeant First Class and returning home to New Orleans. At the age of 20, Wesley’s parents were killed, leaving the male closed off, not quite ready to accept the loss and while he felt guilty for not being there for his younger sister’s, being there meant giving up his career and facing the death’s and the cause of their death, something of which he just couldn’t bring himself to do.
By the time Wesley was 24, he and his long time girlfriend had 2 children, Kennedy and Logan, two beautiful daughters that Wesley loved wholeheartedly and swore he would go to the ends of the Earth for. Tragedy struck, however, and Wesley lost both his girlfriend and their oldest daughter Kennedy when he was 31. Upon his return to New Orleans, Wesley reconnected with Tara and her now 15 year old twins and 16 year old son and her family, eventually falling in love with Tara’s younger sister, Sierra. The pair dated for a few years before he popped the question. They have a 2 year old daughter together named Riley and raising his daughter Logan and Sierra’s kid together. Upon his return to New Orleans he also opened a restaurant called A La Cordeaux where he not only runs the restaurant but also cooks there.

Skyla Reine was 1.5 years old when her father died and growing up without him had always left a scar that she could never truly explain to anyone. It left her feeling like a piece of her was missing and she knew there was never going to be a way to find that piece.

It wouldn’t be too long after the birth of her brother, Judah, that her step-dad began drinking excessively and began to beat on her mother. This led to her step-father turning his beatings onto Skyla and eventually her brothers until one day, just a few weeks after her 14th birthday, Skyla snapped and killed her stepfather, triggering her wolf gene which ultimately led to her attending the Salvatore Boarding School where she would meet none other than Hope Mikaelson.
Though she had been arrested for the murder, she was released due to the ample amounts of evidence that pointed towards both domestic and childhood abuse but found herself on the outs with her mother. Her brothers were the only reasons she ever returned home during the summers and breaks.
Her only childhood escape were the moments she had outside of her home with her best friends.

- Grayson is the alpha of the California pack of werewolves and is a prominent alpha in the West Coast, handling wolves from Washington to Southern California. - Isabelle lived in a neighboring village to the Mikaelsons when they were still human, her mother was friends with Esther and she grew up with the Mikaelson family, especially close to Rebekah and Klaus. - Her parents and family never hid the fact that they were wolves, but she knew that it was a secret that she couldn’t speak to anyone else about. It made them closer, and she remembered long nights when she wouldn’t hold back and talked to Klaus about everything that crossed her mind - her fears, her dreams. It only made them closer.
- Their closeness and relationship was exploited and used against them when Mikael, searching for and wanting to destroy his children for the monsters they became, used Isabelle to get to Klaus, using her as bait to make him show himself before he killed her in front of him, luckily Elijah was there to drag Klaus away before Mikael could get to him.
- When Klaus died, Isabelle was there to greet him on the other side and they were finally able to live out being in peace together. She was there from the moment he opened his eyes again and never left his side.
