Big Spanish Villa
I always thought that the Affluista Mansion stood out from the rest of the architecture of Oasis Springs. So I rebuilt it into a luxurious mediterranean styled family home. It's inspired by a real house, the Cordillera Estate Home, and has every luxury that the Landgraab family could wish for. The house is completely rebuilt, but some of furniture and decorations from the old house has been kept so the Landgraabs will feel at home. It has extensive entertaining areas, a large outdoor areas with a gorgeous pool and and outdoor kitchen. The master suite has a private bath, a small private patio and a conservatory. There is also a gym, a study and a studio. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a leasure room.
This house contains a small amount of cc, all from one of my favorite creators Peacemaker of Simsational Designs; City Living Addons and Lofte Living.
