Affordable Drinks | Lily & Quinn
Sterling City was a perplexing combination of rich and poor, delight and horror. For the most part, Quinn was on the non-glamorous side of things, because spending most of the day in the laundry room didn't really lend itself to experiencing all of the hype. The salary that came from spending most of the day in the Slave House laundry room also did not really provide for sufficient funds to enjoy the city, but as work reminded her every day, there were worse fates.
Still, it was nice to find that there were affordable, non-club places to get a drink. Nicer still that Lily had offered to show her one, because she liked Lily's company and going out getting smashed by yourself was depressing. "What kind of bar is it?" Quinn queried, as they headed down the sidewalk, past the old street lights to the intended destination. "Like, sports bar sorta thing, Irish pub, club-pretending-to-be-a-bar...?"
