i know i say this all the time but i am in love with louis’ mind i am constantly in awe of his resilience and perseverance and optimism in spite of all the hardships and setbacks he’s had to face and overcome. hearing him talk about these things openly and seeing how determined and hopeful he is, seeing how much he loves his art and how much he cares about the relationship he has with his fans and how much he wants to deliver the best he has to offer for us... well i am emotional .

not to get incredibly parasocial but louis and louies genuinely give off a friendly vibe. the sheer comfort he exudes when he’s looking at his fans makes it feel like he could run into any of them in a shop or smth and he’d treat them like an old friend he hasn’t spoken to in ages. and the reason it makes me ache is having been told again and again that louis doesn’t care about his queer fans and that pride flags make him feel uncomfortable blah blah but here he is. highlighting queer fans and pride flags in the crowd of his festival and he’s looking at them with so much adoration. this was deliberate this was intentional he made the conscious choice to include pride flags and make this feel so special
