Depression and healthy eating are like nemesis, it's horrible :') but I appreciate your effort and you're doing amazing anyway :D!

Right?! It’s the absolute worst. I wish I had the kind of depression that got rid of my appetite hahaa. If I must be depressed I’d at least like to be skinny jeez.

that’s the thing, I HAD healthy habits for like 2 or 3 weeks? But then I came home and my depression has kicked my butt and I think that’s the reason :( I made a huge salad so I’m definnitely not hungry anymore but I still want to shove bread down my throat, aaah
