Need some advise !!
Hello! It's 2013 yayy! I'm turning 18 5th of April! After Christmas I gained a lot of weight or I felt like I did xD Okay so I live with a distance from my town and it isn't that close to a gym so I can't go to the gym almost every day, I would if I could absolutely !! And it is snow here this time a year and its ice under the snow so I'm afraid of running now! And I hate it :/!! So I'm asking for some advise what should I do to get some exercise and to actually get tired of it ?
