"Uh, excuse me!" He'd approached the violet haired stranger from behind and instinctively went to tap their forearm in an attempt to get their attention. "Sorry for the intrusion, but you wouldn't happen to know where the Pokémon Center for this city is, would you? My PokéGear kinda shorted out beca--" There was a minuscule sneeze followed by a low buzz, both having originated from his backpack, and if one looked closely they'd notice stray hairs raising from static. "... My Pikachu has a cold."

..::✧❤For only a mere second, Harley was quite insulted by the sudden touch from someone he didn’t know. However, upon turning around to chew them out, the anger melted away when he saw how... insanely cute this man was. The tiny sneeze nearly caught the coordinator off guard and a soft laugh emitted from his lips seeing the brunette’s hair literally raising. 

Without hesitation, Harley reached to try and smooth down said stray hairs; jumping slightly when they were given a small jolt of static electricity and their own hair began to fluff up.

“Oh hon, don’t you worry about a thing!” He all but cooed out, reaching to try and smooth out his own hair. With no luck, he settled for pulling it back into a looped pony-tail to keep it under control. “There’s a Pokemon center not too far from here. I just came from there myself.”

Each contest required him to make sure his Pokemon were in tip top shape at all times. Therefore, constant Pokemon center visits were a must. Being a little more friendly than he probably should have been, the purple haired beauty reached to take Richie’s hand in his own and began to pull him off towards the city’s bigger Pokemon center.
