While I am super proud of the work I did today, getting out 30+ orders, I am most proud that I got to spend some time doing some work that felt like the kind of work we'd see the main character doing at the beginning of a rom com. In her career, Synthia Saint James made a few paintings dedicated to Oshun, the river Orisha who rules the water, love, sensuality, purity and fertility.
