I love statement tees. This one especially resonates with me as a dark-skinned African-American woman, who grew up feeling that my lighter-skinned sisters got much more attention. Even in the media today it seems like the biracial women are more visible. But I like that this shirt is celebrating ALL of our shades as beautiful--so as not promoting a division within.
