Hi. so this job is not too bad. it's been a year I am working in TCS. we work for one US Internet Service Provider.kind of networking job. but the thing which is hammering me is the tag "BPO". I want to move to some real IT job with higher salary. I completed my BSc.IT in 2012. and now I am really confused what is better for my career. should I go for masters or should I continue job or international certification is a better option?
