Ingredients: 1.5 oz Irish whiskey. 1 cup freshly brewed coffee. 2 tbsp salted caramel sauce. 2 oz heavy cream. 1 tbsp granulated sugar. Whipped cream optional. Sea salt for garnish. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Put the heavy cream in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Warm it up for about 30 seconds, or until it's warm but not boiling. Add the granulated sugar and stir until it's all mixed in. Then set it aside to cool down a bit. Pour your favorite coffee into a glass or mug that can handle heat. Mix the coffee with the Irish whiskey and salted caramel sauce until everything is well mixed. You can make it iced by adding ice cubes to the glass.
