Thousands of students get into good B.Tech colleges every year without JEE. Not through shortcuts. Not through luck. Through something called direct admission — and it's completely valid, legal, and more common than you think.
If you have 45%–60% in your Class 12 PCM, you already qualify for most of these colleges.
What is direct admission, actually?
It means colleges give you a seat based on your 12th board marks, state entrance exams (like MHT-CET, KCET, WBJEE), or management quota — without needing JEE Main or Advanced.
Colleges like SRM, Manipal, LPU, VIT, Amity, and hundreds of state-level institutions have their own admission process. You apply directly. Simple as that.
