My gosh you guys, if you haven’t read this book, well, you better! This series is going to be a major motion picture this April 2019! Tbh, I haven’t read the Wattpad version of this. I discovered After last November 2018 when the first teaser trailer was released and I became curious about it and searched about the filming and stuff. I learned that this is a worldwide phenomenon and hell, I’m missing out a lot of things. So I just went on to Twitter and searched #AfterMovie and that’s where I found out about it-- the cast, the filming, the release, the plot. And yep, I’ve read about the bet. Been spoiled, oof. Take note, I haven’t read the book yet that time. So by December, I started downloading Epubs of the Series. And SHIT, I’m hooked. And I’m officially part of the fandom. You could follow my twitter account at @tellemthefandom. Where all HESSA related contents are tweeted. Can I just say I can’t get over this series!! It really had left a mark on me!!!

I really liked that in this book, we could read some chapters from Hardin's POV too, that made the story even more interesting. And oh, fucking Trevor. 9 DAYS had me sobbing! And at the very end her father shows up. Apparently he’s homeless and is still a drunk.
So much happened in this book!! Tessa and Hardin go on a small vacation with Landon, Ken (Hardin’s father) and Karen and that’s where the problems start again.Tessa finds out that Hardin went behind her back and talked to the Seattle real estate agent she contacted, to prevent her from renting an apartment. Tessa is obviously furious because she’s going to Seattle in some days and she doesn’t have an apartment because of Hardin.
Hessa have broken up and Tess went to the frat house. She was drugged, almost filmed and almost raped!! Apparently Steph never liked Tessa and has some kind of obsession about Hardin and Dan wanted revenge because of what Hardin did to his sister. Well, after this, Zed takes Tessa to her mother’s house because she’s completely drugged and she barely moves and talks. Meanwhile, Molly calls Hardin and tells him what happened. And of course, Hardin goes after Tessa but only after beating the crap out of Dan. Hessa flew to England for the wedding of Hardin’s mom. Trish and Christian have a history that we will only understand in the next book.
The Hardin and Vance reveal before Trish’s wedding with Mike is the most tiring part! Tessa heads back to Washington alone. It takes terrible circumstances for Hardin to snap out of his stupidity and try to go get the girl he loves, but sadly this time Tessa may really be done with the back and forth with Hardin. Tessa’s dad passed away. She and Hardin took some time off. Hardin’s graduation, New York, sooo many things. Hardin offered Tessa marriage. But Tessa, isn’t ready yet. As years went by, they meet “casually” in Chicago. Hardin is now a big time author and Tessa just finished college. They met again in Landon’s wedding after months of casually meeting. They hit it off again. And Tessa mentioned if he still wants to marry her!!! I CANT FUCKING GET OVER THIS BOOK. So yeah, they’re married. Tess experienced a miscarriage. And later on, was blessed with two wonderful children with Hardin Scott.
