i have to be honest i feel like the twinyards have such a fucked up relationship with religion.
i feel like they both grew up firm believers in christianity — but praying to a god that never answers can completely skew your view of religion as a whole. so once they were tired of being screwed over? they grew to resent the concept of religion as a whole
i don’t mean like… they’ll go around actively seeking to hate religious people, but the minute someone tries to shove it down their throat… ooooo they better hope god answers their prayers
