Fucking Val! An absolutely selfish POS throughout the entire movie, then when the facade is falling to pieces, "This is my dad and this is my mom". And everybody is like, "awwww, he is such a good boy". WTF? Spends the whole movie forcing his family back in the closet and plans for a family dinner within a week of telling them he's marrying a bigoted senator's daughter. I get being kids(20 and 18), I give Barbara more leeway than val, even if she created the facade Armand and the family have to fit into, but Val casts aside his father, mother, Agador, his parents' livelihoods, and his culture, all to appease bigots! And he keeps telling everyone "it's only for one day", but what about the next day, and the wedding!? And when Albert puts on the suit! Oh my god, just say thank you! She is the one being most rejected, and she does all she can while dealing with her pain and anxiety, and Armand flirting with Christina Baranski! The way Val was huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes at everyone. There was not a single point I didn't want to slap him throughout this entire movie.
Throwback to when Teddy and Kahmunrah were both gay (not for eachother but still) in another universe
