I just read a book where I basically got Chapter 42’d of Crooked Kingdom again

I was thinking about the manga Again and took a few minutes to imagine what it would be like to suddenly wake up in your 7th grade body on the first day of school and I was surprised at how much my heart hurt. I would get a second chance but I would lose all the things I've gained and achieved since then. I also would have to experience those two years without actual friends and those five years without any kind of emotional support. It would also lower the chances of me being friends with who I'm friends with now and losing the opportunity to enjoy things for the first time. In the end would I return to myself or change who I was or would everything just continue in that mixed up way forever?
