6; lazy morning kisses before they’ve even opened their eyes, still mumbling half-incoherently, not wanting to wake up

Usually, Seonghwa would be the one to wake you up in the mornings with his arms wrapped tight around your midsection and lips trailing a wet and warm path up the column of your neck prior to landing a series of pecks on your cheeks and lips. Today is a rare occurrence in which you are up before Seonghwa is.

He is still sprawl on his back when you come back to consciousness - at least you think he is because you can’t bring yourself to open your eyes and enter the land of the living quite yet. You are more than content to remain in the warmth of the sheets and Seonghwa’s arms for as long as humanly possible. Once the man wakes, you know that won’t be much of an option since the man is such a busybody and loves to just move around.

Thus, you bask in the stillness while you can, rolling over until your body rests on top of Seonghwa’s. He catches you with his arms without waking up, no doubt just taking your movements as sleep-ridden ones. He might be more awake than he’s letting on though because he sighs into your ear when you push your body further up.

“What are you up to so early?” His tone is thick with sleep and grogginess, containing that typical rasp that he has every time he wakes. It’s the kind that sends butterflies through your system and fills you with an unreasonable amount of love because you get to wake up to him. You get to be his, and he gets to be yours, and just hearing that dumb little throatiness in his voice reminds you of that day in and day out. 

You don’t respond with words, and instead, you feel around his face with your lips until finally happening across his lips. He huffs into the kiss once or twice - he’s always had the habit of laughing into your kisses with the excuse that you’re just that adorable and he can’t help it - then lets you guide the lazy kisses into ones that are half-hearted at best. You’re already falling back asleep against his mouth before even a minute passes, but Seonghwa tucks your head into his shoulder, peppering your hairline with a continuation of the kisses. 

Maybe just this once you can convince him to stay in bed.
