I see the Daily Mail (foul publication) have got pictures of H looking like she is tripping over again today! To reassure the fandom - do you think she is just a clumsy person? She always seems to get caught on camera having trips and falls which the vile trumpsters love as they are all going on about her health again now

A 70yo, who is (as much as I love you Hills I have to be factual) maybe slightly overweight, who has had previous problems related to said knee + foot + spine ecc… who usually is hand held by her husband when she goes down the stairs or when she has to go up steeper stairs (aka has to put the weight on said knee) , while using sandals that are known to be slippery almost falls…
Diagnosis? She has knee problems (maybe like some knee cartilage erosion due to age, really, nothing serious, not this time). And remember she’s coming from a recent foot injury, so she probably had some physiotherapy done or whatever and might not still be 100% stabile, especially in those conditions but to me it just seems like the stairs were humid and slippery (plus uneven and there seems to ba a lot of wind, like leave the woman alone, I would have tripped as well, I’m an uncoordinated giraffe)
