I flipped out when my dad found this in the storage unit. oh my god. it’s real. long lost. I’d begun to believe it was just a fabricated memory after searching it for so long to no avail, through the furnace room, basement, garage… no luck… but it’s REAL! I knew it! This cardboard box lid on which I drew one of my first Pokemon drawings back when we first got into Pokemon, This is one of the originals. summer 2007, age 7. holy crap I’m so glad to have this. On the back is my 5 yr old sister’s attempts to draw some too, and it’s crazy seeing this again! because I’d remembered it being much more amazing-looking, filled to the brim with tons of Pokemon well-drawn and colorful, and it doesn’t look as spectacular as I thought it was when I was little. Bizarre, the kid mind.
