EVENT: AGENCY HALLOWEEN BALL 2015

Please tag all event posts with the tag “agencyhalloween2015″ during the event and try to only use para-style roleplay for the majority of the event. Any and all posts started before the event should be titled with the words “Pre-Event” somewhere in their post title. Everyone participating is required to post OPEN event starters in the “agencystarter” tag. It is not required you participate. Below are the event details:
The AGENCY invites you to it’s most SPOOPY event yet! Get your CREEPY on at the AGENCY HALLOWEEN BALL 2015... perhaps one of it’s biggest yearly events short of Christmas or New Year. This event is 18+ and held in the the cafeteria on the lower levels of the AGENCY’s floors. We will be carding and looking for ID at the front and reception and reception security will be in place as per usual.
A bar and food will be provided at the occasion as well as music and a live DJ. Guest are asked not to sneak in any outside drinks or food. Music suggestions are welcome, but we ask you stick to halloween theme songs and pop or dance hits.
A costume is a must for this yearly event as this is a costume party. Guests are asked not to use their transformed states or magic as costumes. Anyone doing so will be blocked from the party as it’s not a costume and risks the other attendants safety and could bring unwarranted attention.
There will be smaller events around the party:
This includes raffles and games like a spin-the-wheel (giving away gift baskets of liquor and treats) and bobbing for apples along the outer edges of the dance floor.
There will be a Rocky Horror Picture Show, Hitchcock, and other horror/halloween films showing in the Main Assembly room a floor up if you need to cool off and get away from the dance floor. Security will be monitoring this room as well so keep the making-out to a minimum. No drinks or food besides the water bottles provided inside will be permitted inside this room.
Next to the Assembly room in the hall, there’s a photo booth where you can get your “mugshot” taken by yourself or with friends.
Extra charms and security are amped up for the event so there’s no need to worry. Taxis and other services can be contacted at the front desk if you need to leave early or just don’t want to drive yourself home.
