Seven-ish Sentence Sunday
Thanks for the tags, @elodiah and @thosegayoldmen! Here’s a snippet from the Child of Thanos AU I’m theoretically working on.
Loki stepped in front of Mobius, the slight tensing on the variant’s legs alerting him a sliver of a moment before the variant launched himself at the transparent cell panel door. Mobius hissed, startled or empathetic Loki couldn’t say, and Loki heard the Time Stick flare to life. The variant slammed his body into the barrier, panting and eyes open wide enough to see the whites around them entirely.
“Let me out,” he growled. “Let me out! You saw what I did to those who tried to jail me before. You saw what fate could await you. LET ME OUT!”
