In Under a Static Sky, the Agent’s Train randomly materialises (AGENT23’s fault) and causes some WHACKY interpersonal problems before leaving. Yes, okay. How do the Train and the figure correlate???

Who was “JOYRIDING” the train when it appeared? AGENT23. Who likes to make fanfiction of Sydney’s every move??? AGENT23. It would make SENSE if she was the figure, observing Sydney. She could’ve had the same issue (accidentally materialising) twice!!!! & the agents are commonly associated with reality breaking phenomena (which Sydney was feeling with the indescribable figure) ok OKAY THE FIGURE WAS EITHER HER OR AGENT7 THATS THE THEORY.
