Rezza is Scabb’s Whisper’s contact, been that way for a long while, so they have a fair amount of history with one another. Rezza was the closest thing that Scabb had to a friend for the longest time, that is, until a certain Peacemaker came along.

Agent Scabb - Arcane Eye but you’d never guess with how he just oozes charisma! He’s just so incredibly charming you can’t help but divulge all your secrets and keep his quiet 8) His impatience, short-temper and waving that gatling gun around probably have some to do with it too.
