If anyone playing The Division crossover looked at Agent Vector and 416's skills and decided they were just passable at best, please go back and take a closer look at the equipment slots on their character page. In CN and KR, this event came out after dual randomness, and those servers are now getting t-doll mods whose speqs act like a third skill because the power creep is starting to hit hard. And this feature got carried over to the crossover dolls. If you collect all three pieces of their equipment, they go from meh to absolutely broken.

Also, their third equipment pieces will randomly drop from the bosses of part 5's farming maps if you beat them with an S-rank at a 10% chance rate.

More coloured sketchbook doodles. Realized that none of my characters for my Villains story wear glasses. In fact, I don't think i have any characters that have glasses in any of my stuff.

Here is Maxwell new and improved with glasses. Disaster averted.
