Small thingies you can do for your regressor that may not seem like much, but can mean a lot to them 💕💕💕

Put little cute pins in their hair, doesn’t matter if it’s super neat or not, it’s the thought that counts 💗

Cut their food for them or randomly hand them their sippy when you think they need a drink 🍼

If they’re having trouble sleeping, read them a simple bedtime story or put on quiet music you know they like 🌙

Remind them that they’re your baby, we always appreciate the reminder ☺️

Put on one of their shows or favorite sfw youtubers for them if you need to do stuff while their regressed so they can focus on something, but just remember to give them a small head pat or I love you sometimes too let them know you’re still there 🦄

Keep track and see if they have certain amount of time they have in between regression occasions, and suggest to them that they should if you think it’s been too long for them 🍄

Find a game to play together! Something easy for their age group! Suggestions that can be entertaining for all are: Cards like matching or crazy 8, hide and seek, dress up 🎮

Make a sticker chart for them, give them stickers on it when they do something you ask that may be hard for them, or they do something nice without being asked 🎨
