ok so when anakin first meets obi wan, anakin is about 9 and obi wan is about 25. to ship them 2gether, even later on, would be immensely weird for both parties. not to mention, anakin sees obi wan as a surrogate father figure (seeing as he never had one) and obi wan sees anakin as a brother ("you were my brother anakin i loved you") even if they arent related by blood its obvious enough throughout the movies and the clone wars animated series AND novelizations that they see each other in a familial sense, so shipping them is just really really gross and id rather not have ppl who ship something borderline incestuous interacting w me
