Agility is the ability to balance flexibility and stability #JimHighsmith —————————————————— Acro flow with @ustianska_maria While balance is the act of maintaining static poses without movement, dynamic movement and transitioning from one prose to the other requires stability. Transitioning gracefully between poses requires high stability. AcroYoga or doing balancing poses with a partner and transitions while flying requires both high level of stability and high level of balance. This is called high agility. This can be achieved by regular yoga practice as well as AcroYoga practice.
