Revisiting my now half-year old braggot: The hop flavours are completely gone but so is the alcoholic taste. There’s a lot of honey flavour now, but I can’t say if it’s coming from the actual honey or if it’s due to aging.

Overall, the braggot is more like a dry, hop-bitter doppelbock now. I am curious how it will develop further!
