Time- Part 2 Don’t forget those around you; life is only made meaningful by the people we share it with. Don’t be afraid of how long it might take; the time will pass anyways, no matter how you use it. It is simply how you use it that makes it worth it or not. And you are worth YOUR time. No masterpiece was made without spending some time with it; go easy on yourself, you are growing, learning, and becoming a better you that is ready for better things. You might not feel ready for your dreams right now, and maybe you aren’t; but the road there will make you ready. That’s the purpose of the road. And the sooner you start, the more time you have to enjoy it when you get there. There is a proverb that says “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time? Today”. There is no point in dwelling in the past; things happen for a reason, and they got you here, today. We can’t go back and start again, but we can start TODAY. And a year from now, you will wish you had. Look in the mirror today, and ask yourself what is something you promised yourself you would do, long ago. Think of the dreams you have been “waiting” to be ready for. You can’t go back and change things, so don’t beat yourself over it; just remember, if you don’t start today, you’ll have to look back again in the future and wonder the same things. Don’t do that to yourself, you deserve your absolute best. Don’t waste time doubting or doing things that make you unhappy. We all have responsibilities, and not everything is always enjoyable in life, but no one is given a dream they don’t have time for. You are worth your investment. Just remember to love.
