Agnes - is constantly angry at the world and everyone around her. anger is their default emotion. even when shes not currently angry, she'll become so at the drop of a hat, sometimes for no apparent reason. has violent and explosive anger issues

Jillian Vermillion - is angry more than half of the time. is also angry at the world. also becomes angry very quickly and abruptly. has unstable anger issues

Dr. Trench - is angry about half of the time. was mainly angry at themself for staying in Toontown for so long. now is mainly angry (still partially at themself) over their Dip being stolen with there not being anyone stronger to protect it. has obvious anger issues

Prof. Petunia Riddlepop - was angry at other toons for being "too violent" in her words, but typically only feels grumpiness and disdain at most as opposed to pure anger

Wilhelmina - was angry at Loony Labs for turning her down, but pretty much stopped feeling that anger after realizing that working alone gave her free reign in her experimentation
