My life saying pretty much in a nutshell! * When people meet me for the first time they usually say two things: “Wow, you’re small” which is generally followed by “You’re loud too!” I don’t take offense to either. Yes, I’m petite but that just means I get to wear super high heels without worry. As far as being loud, when you grow up in a house with four other siblings you have to speak up or you’ll never be heard. * Being small often means people underestimate me. It’s funny because that assumption fades as soon as I speak. I don’t wither under people’s stature, but bloom when they think they can intimidate me. Ask the people in my life. I love a good debate! I think I figured out early on that if I wanted to be heard, taken seriously, I had to become a big voice in a small body.
