I slowly got off track the first week. I worked out 3 days it was a nice start but I was still eating out every other day. So last Sunday I went grocery shopping and bought everything I wanted to buy the most expensive trip iv had but it prevented me from eating out having everything I could possibly crave. Skinny cows for dessert Oatmeal for breakfast all kinds of snacks for work. I also worked out doing fitness blender videos ( which are a god sent ) for 6/7 days and on the last day I celebrated with some Chinese food, and it was amazing and now today I am right back on track, house full of groceries, no interest in going to taco bell ( I'm trying to believe that ), and full of energy!! I haven't lost any weight on the scale. But I feel so much happier and thinking more clearly. My anxiety feels a little better to which is a huge blessing. Excited to see what comes. I hope I can stay on track.
