yesterday was lunar new year and the release of @ensquare-events' spring festival 2026 zine, and i got to contribute a scene i've been thinking about for ages- (most of) the undead film club celebrating the new year! though many of them never took part in lunar new year activities when they were alive, li and uma are happy to show them the ropes; it's always nice to share the festivities with loved ones.

in 2023, 2025, and 2026, i was the artist for some of the covers of a zine run by a club of mine! now that i'm graduating soon and stepping down from the zine editorial team, i wanted to look back at the works i've done for it, and the progress i've made with my artwork.

#agried arts #oc #fun fact: the 2023 piece (leftmost) is a variant cover for that year's zine. the 2026 piece slightly references both it and #the og 2023 zine cover in its composition!#i came up with traveller (white haired lady) and harbinger (dark haired lady) as one off characters for the 2023 variant cover. and then uh #well. i continued drawing them for the zine covers. oops i guess they're official ocs now #2023 theme was dreaming of apocalypse. 2025 theme was into the depths. 2026 theme was ruins and post apocalypses #some of these are more evocative of the theme than others. lol
