when did gangzi and li wang start working for chi cheng and guo chengyu, like was it before or after wang shuo broke them up?

because i'm just imagining these two going from snake fights, and organized crime to water fights, scattering flowers and going on what has to be an insane number of groceries runs, with no warning or explanation. just one night your bosses go from fighting, sabotaging and annoying each other to playing drunken kissing games and pouting or giggling over their adorable boyfriends

yesterday was lunar new year and the release of @ensquare-events' spring festival 2026 zine, and i got to contribute a scene i've been thinking about for ages- (most of) the undead film club celebrating the new year! though many of them never took part in lunar new year activities when they were alive, li and uma are happy to show them the ropes; it's always nice to share the festivities with loved ones.
