          fawke, as much as he makes out that he’s really popular and good with people/getting them on side/sometimes in his bed... he’s really not that personable. he teds to have that kind of personality that pushes people away and if it wasn’t for his fireteam he really wouldn’t have any friends at all - let alone ones who actually want to spend time with him. he’s awkward and not the best conversationalist despite the confidence he tries to put across in everything he does. really, he’s just always scared he’s not doing the right thing and finds himself questioning everything he does/worrying that he’s not... enough for the role of a guardian anymore?
