Bio:

Laguna was born and raised in District 4 along with his mentor, Azul, and his older brother, River. Laguna and River never knew their parents, but Azul told them that they wanted to be safe and sound from the dangers.

Since his family are fishermen near the sea, Azul trained them with machetes and trapping fishes with handmade nets. They were a happy family indeed, but the district is not with the Hunger Games the Capitol held.

4 years ago, before the Hunger Games was announced to have new tributes for their district, River’s name was announced, and he was afraid. Afraid of losing him. After the announcement, River promised him to take care of Azul and his girlfriend, Raine. He kept that promise, and he will do everything in his will to protect them.

A few days later, he saw his brother was stabbed in his abdomen by a tribute from District 2 near the stream in the forest through the monitors. He fainted by the sight of River, and was taken cared by his girlfriend, Raine. It was devastating for them, and he saw how death will be like for him if he joined their game. Raine tried to comfort him, and he always loved her since she and River met, but he was afraid to show his feelings for her.

4 years have passed, and Laguna and Raine fell in love and got their own shack near the sea. Though, they were expecting a child to come, they were very happy, and they will name their child after his brother, River, to honor him.
